Jonathan C. Hill

About the Attorney

Jonathan C. Hill grew up in Cabot, served in the United States Navy, and came home to practice law in the town that raised him. He founded Hill Legal on one idea: a neighbor deserves straight answers.

The firm is a solo practice with a deliberately narrow geography — Lonoke County is the core, with regular work in Pulaski, White, and Faulkner Counties. Jonathan handles the cases himself. When you call, you reach the attorney. When the work is done, you know what happened and what it cost.

The practice covers criminal defense — with a DWI emphasis — business formation and small business counsel, estate planning, Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy, residential landlord-side eviction, and family law. Most family-law matters are uncontested: agreed divorces, modifications, and name changes handled at flat fees with a defined scope. Contested matters are handled when the situation calls for them.

Jonathan is admitted before the Arkansas Supreme Court (2017), the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. State court is the daily work; the federal admissions are there when a matter needs them.

Hill Legal is veteran-owned and operates from a physical office in Cabot. Client meetings happen where they work best for you: at the firm's office on W. Main Street in Cabot by appointment, by video or phone, at the courthouse when your case is on the docket, or at your home for an estate-planning signing. Whichever works for you. Calls received outside business hours are returned personally the next business day.
